As part of its management responsibilities, PPPSRS KVR, together with the Property Operator, is committed to:

• Quality: Ensuring that all property management services are carried out to high-quality standards, in compliance with regulations and residents' needs, while adhering to the principle of continuous improvement by seeking and applying best practice solutions.
• Health: Preventing health risks for residents, staff, and contractors by implementing strict hygiene and sanitation standards, as well as effectively managing air and water quality.
• Safety: Implementing workplace safety measures for all residents, staff, technicians, and visitors of KVR, while also increasing residents' awareness of safety procedures through regular education and simulations.

Environment: Adopting environmentally friendly policies, including effective waste management, energy efficiency, and water conservation, to maintain ecosystem balance.

To achieve the above objectives, PPPSRS KVR, together with the Property Operator, will:

1. Conduct regular training and awareness programs for staff and residents on QHSE aspects.
2. Implement an incident reporting system and internal audits to enhance compliance with QHSE standards.
3. Collaborate with external parties, including relevant authorities such as the Ministry of Manpower (Disnaker), Environmental Agency (DLHK), Fire Department (Damkar), and Health Department (Dinkes), to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
4. Deploy technology and data-driven management systems for objective and continuous monitoring and evaluation of QHSE performance.
5. Perform regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement in QHSE policy implementation.
6. Encourage active resident participation in QHSE initiatives, such as recycling programs and reducing plastic usage.

• All PPPSRS management, Property Operators, and vendors are responsible for understanding and implementing this QHSE policy.
• This policy will be regularly evaluated and updated to align with regulatory developments and the evolving needs of the residential environment.
